Springfield Acura

My wife was in need of a new car. We visited Springfield Acura and were greeted as soon as we walked in. The customer service was fantastic. Staff was attentive and there was no back and forth that you usually get with car dealerships. The car my wife wanted, RDX, was there and available. There was no switch, no playing around with the numbers. Everything that was offered is what we received. Rich was very helpful and took his time working with us to get what we wanted. He even contacted our insurance company for us, even on a Saturday when our personal office was closed. Greg made sure that the paperwork was done quickly and we were able to leave that day satisfied with our experience. Great staff, great customer service and a great overall car buying experience.
