called sales yesterday morning looking at a loaded 2014 VW Tiguan loaded 14,000 miles for $19,990 and was told it is a beautiful car so we drove 45 min to see it. We met the salesman and asked about the car and he said yes it's here and went to find the keys.After 20 min he came back and said they don't have that car but wanted to show me the other cars they had but no nav, moonroof or leather and very high miles for the same price and turns out they blamed the "mistake was made by the internet company" the ad had been up for a while and they even offered to put in nav,leather and moon roof on one of their high mileage cars, when I inquired further they admitted they never had the car, we left asap, sure they brought a lot of people in the door with that ad, hope they all walked away as well, never again, only giving one star since you can't give zero stars
