Their original post at edmunds had a great price of the car. However, when I went there, they added extra $6000 as some so-called delivery fees and such. After a few rounds of negotiation, they dropped all the extra fees, but still added $700 as processing fees. Then they said financing was required to purchase the car at that price. They found me a bank charging $700 finance fee with an interest rate 6.54%. Who knows how much kick off they get from the bank? I paid off the loan a few days after the purchase. Then they pursuaded me to buy a 10 year warranty saying everything would be covered without having to pay anything out of pocket. When I came home and read the contract carefully, I found that it would have $100 deductible each time I have a repair. I am going to cancel the warranty with the dealership. Not sure how hard it would be for me to do that. The most rediculous part is that I have had the car for more than 30 days but still have not got my registration by paying them another extra $250 to do the paper work, which was required by them too. Each time I called, the person who was in charge of registration was either not there or very short on me. They even had my phone number wrong at the beginning. The front desk was rude too. Each time they told me the person in charge of registration would call me when my registration was ready. I am not even sure if they even sent the correct information of mine to do the registration. I called DMV and they said they did not have any information about me or my vehicle.
