Dealership Sales Review
This place is a scam and very unprofessional. To this date I regret walking into that place. Went in to look at a car that I saw online at a reasonable price. After looking at the car and sitting down with salesman they hit me with $3.500 of a precertification fee and $1.200 of delivery fee (I was right there and it seems it costs $1.200 to hand me over the keys). I said no that's not what I saw online and after going back and forward, salesman calls the manager. I said no and walk out. When I'm in my car, salesman knocks on my window and says they wave everything but now it's just $500. After speaking with my wife I say yes. After that they try to sneak $1.500 without telling me in the finance papers I was about to sign and once I saw it I ask what that was. Manager says it's something they added to keep my interest rates low. I said no, I don't want it. They remove it and the interest rate is the same (they lied). I drive it home and come to find out I have 2 bent 18" rims and engine oil was black never changed (what about the $3.500 of precertification [non-permissible content removed]?). Now I'm 2 days away from my temporary tags to expire and i call them and email them about the issue. Can't get through to the person in charge and just got today an email saying when tags are done I'll have them. I'm 2 days away, no explanations or gave me a way to solve the issue. I paid them $700 to do the paperwork. Now I have a car I just bought a month ago and can't drive it in 2 days and have no idea when I'll be able to drive it. Should I just not go to work now, should I take a Uber? Who's going to pay for all that? They're the most unprofessional people I've ever know, STAY away from this place. They will try to scam you every way possible and after that they don't give [non-permissible content removed] about you once you sign those papers
