Disrespect of customer's time

After receiving an email Carlos V. on Monday confirming that the vehicle was available, I called to set up an appointment for Wednesday. I emailed them around 9:30 to confirm the address, received a reply withing 20-30 mins, on my way to the dealer I also received a text message confirming the address. After I get there, a sales representative looks in the system and asked me when did I inquired about the vehicle, then he tells me that it sold. Then they try to sell me another vehicle that is was twice the price. The sales representative when to talk to the manager who was about 20-30 feet from me, and he didn't even have the decency to go apologize for the inconvenience. I spent one hour each way, plus the waiting, plus fuel and tolls, and this is how they respect the customer's time and money. If I could give a negative star to this dealer and the manager I would, but just my recommendation is don't waste your time!
