I had to drive about 1.5 hours to get to the dealership, since it was the only one in the area that had the color Ascent I wanted. Steve made sure everything was already taken care of, and did everything via phone, so that when I came in I was able to just get the car, do the paperwork, and be on my way. The negotiation process was straightforward, and I feel comfortable with the price we agreed on. Very good experience! Very friendly people in every department.
