Victory Subaru

We have never owned a Subaru before. All the reviews of the Subaru Outback are outstanding. On Saturday 4/20 we decided to check some out. We picked Victory Subaru because of their great reviews and they didn't disappoint. This was the only dealership we visited. Lou Levinson was the first to say hello. After some talking he readied a 6 cylinder Outback to test ride. I pick the engine size and my wife can pick everything else. It is a nice comfortable and sturdy ride with plenty of leg and head room as I am tall. When we returned Eric the sales manager asked us not to discount the 4 cylinder and test it also. It is also $4,000 less. He promised we would not be disappointed and it doesn't lack power. He was right. It has the same amount of comfort and room and every possible safety feature in it. Lou told us it was all about the gearing to make it feel like the 6 cylinder. We could not notice any difference in acceleration. Lou laid out every possible finance option with some input from Eric. We decided to lease. Lou made the whole process easy. He is a professional with a funny wit about him. You made us laugh and feel comfortable at all times Lou, thank you for that! Eric also helped in tailoring a lease deal to suit our needs. Lou just leaned back in his chair and said it was our call, our choice. Never was there one bit of pressure from anyone. So we had a deal. Lou then went over every feature and control in the Outback for us. He even set up my wife's phone. So now we've had this Outback for 2 days and can't say enough about all the safety features and the more than adequate power of the 4 cylinder. To Victory Subaru me & Lisa whole heartedly will recommend your dealership to anyone. We were in and out in 4 hours. Now that's efficiency! To Lou and Eric thank you for the kindness, professionalism and of course the jokes. To the financial guys thank you. You didn't push for any additional insurances or coverages we didn't want. You disclosed it once as you had to and that was all. Perfect. All the people there were outgoing and friendly and shared their experiences of owning a Subaru of some type. Yes it was a good day.
