Chris helped my mom get into a new Outback. He actually spent the time to explain the entire vehicle and didn't pressure us. My mom ended up getting a few upgrades (leather, blind-spot monitoring), and everything went smoothly. It was probably the only dealership I'd actually recommend to someone looking for a new car...
