I've been dealing with Quality Ford for 7 years now and I'm completely satisfied mainly because of my Service advisor Carlos Santana. Carlos handles all my needs and never lets me down! I'm also satisfied with the trained technicians, my vehicles are always serviced and I never had a problem.
