Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and got my car in and out quickly. One possible suggestion is to go the extra mile and vacuum out cars after they are finished. My previous Ford dealership (out of state) would vacuum and even quickly rinse off our car one it was finished. Not necessary, but definitely a nice touch.
