Still have paid off my trade in

While the sale part of the deal was good....Everything after has been terrible!!! Over 30 days later the dealer still HAS NOT PAID OFF my trade in and now another payment is coming out of my account for a car I do not own anymore!! And then there is the plate issue, dealer said, because we live over an hour away, when they call us when the plates are in to just let them know to fed ex them...no problem!!! Guess what...no plates yet...temp expires tomorrow !! Spoke with Lou and Mark!! Beware of this place!!!
