Great experience with Liberty Kia. Decided to visit Liberty Kia when the Sportage was added to my wife's our short list of SUVs - we would have saved a lot of wasted time and frustration going here first. From our scheduled Sportage test drive, price negotiations and final purchase our sales rep, Tony Catalano was friendly, accommodating and always responded to our e-mails and phone calls (Unlike the majority of other dealers we had visited). Not only were we treated as a valued customer, the entire experience was pressure-free. On the day we picked up the car, Tony took the time to go over the all the features and operations of the Sportage making sure my wife was 100% comfortable with it before driving it away. Also, unlike dealership and reps I've dealt with in the past, Tony has maintained contact with us whether to check how we like the car or if there's anything we need. We has such a positive and great experience with Liberty Kia that they will be my first stop when I'm ready to sell my Honda Pilot.
