I went in with a TRUECAR value for the vehicle I wanted asked them to match that price and they did and worked with me on a few extras. They earned my business! They offered oil changes for the life of the car I purchased and were very nice. I got my vehicle below invoice, they charge a low document fee and were very accommodating. It really was a win win because i did my homework. I don't expect a dealer to give me their best price without a little work on my part, you have to know the bottom line.
