Shady [non-permissible content removed]---Steer Clear!!!

Used dealership seemed nice, but they did a song and dance and added all the extras at the last minute, saying they were refundable (Service Contract, GAP insurance). It's 5 months later---the bank has a copy of the letter that I hand delivered to their front desk canceling the contract, but they have not refunded the amount. Bait and switch, then hold onto the money, making it almost impossible to get back. Infuriating! Plus, they tried to guilt me into keeping these "extras" that are by law refundable.

Got an online quote from this dealership. Went to look at vehicle hours later and they didn’t have the vehicle I was given quote for. Sat there for a half hour while they tried to find a phantom vehicle. Even gave them stock number. Snooty receptionist made me wait till she got done her personal phone call, then gave me attitude cause she didn’t know the staff members name I gave. Beware......too good to be true probably is!
