Went to this small dealer to look at an Impala or Trailblazer. The saleman had no idea about equipment, capacity, mileage or operation of the vehicles he was trying to sell. I asked how long he was selling cars-- 4 days. I left. Why have an inexperienced sales person assigned to me when I told them I purchase a car every year for business and had specific questions? As a business man, my time is valuable and we should cut through the normal car purchase "dance". I 'll never go back there.
