We went to this dealer twice. First time I waited 20 minutes and get a sales person talk to me about the Q5 I was interested and I told him I will be back with my wife. Two weeks later, me and my wife walked in to the dealer on Saturday around 4:30pm. We asked that sales person and were told he was no longer with the company. We got Mr. S instead. Mr. S told us he had the car for us to test drive and starting the sales talk, half of his talk was not true facts anyway after I came home checked your web site, but after 5 minutes he told us they did not have any Q5 for us to test drive. He told us he would call us as soon as he had a car for us to do the test drive and wrote down my cell number etc. I have never heard from him since. After two times visit and I left my name and phone in both cases, no one ever did follow up from this place. So we just bought the same car from another NJ dealer. I could not imagine how they going to treat their customer after we buy a car from them, if they are so careless to their potential customer even BEFORE buy the car.
