I cant say enough about the service department. Brian Friedentag, my main contact was extremely patient with my needs and was always willing to accommodate me. I am a very hard person to please and in some way that department did it. From the person that checked in my car, the lady at the front door, my mechanic JJ (I am i bit nuts OCD about my car and he was great) to the service manager (Steve Cotter) which was always there to help me with every problem that I had. I really can not say enough about that staff. I did not purchased my MDX from there but i can not say enough about everyone in that building. THANK YOU P.S. My car was there during the snowstorm and they had no place to put it inside so when i came back to pick it up the service manager (Steve Cotter) was so nice and felt so bad he told me to come back and he would have my MDX detailed. I have not gone back for it but Steve's words are enough for me. Both Steve and Brian are good people and i trust them. This is the kind of people and staff that i have the pleasure to deal with. I can go on and on about Acura of Ocean but everyone should experience for themselves.
