Dealership Service Review
Went to get our car serviced for the third time. I paid for oil change and tire rotation. They tried to sell me things I didn't need but we agreed to just do what I requested. During the service they called and insisted that I do the things they are recommending and I again refused so I got a nasty attitude as I was told that I was warned the car would break down. ( it's a 2013 acural TL with 20 k miles ). When I picked up the car I noticed that the tires on at least the right side were not rotated because I had severely scratched the right front wheel on a curb (which was painfully etched in my memory) and the scratch was still in the same place ( front right ) They insisted it was done by showing me a video of a mechanic removing the rear left wheel. Keep in mind the only thing you could see on the video was the rear left wheel. I told them he very well may have done the left side but most certainly did not do the right. The General Manager began to patronize me by saying "oh I believe you" in a sarcastic manner and that he would "rotate them back" as if it was already done. How this guy is a service manager is beyond me. After that insult, I refused to let them touch my car again and he told me never to call to make another appointment. I can only imagine how many people they have screwed. Horrible customer service. Nasty attitudes. Don't waste your time or money.
