Acura of Ocean

Acura of Ocean makes owning an Acura a horrible experience. Inept service, difficult staff, and uncaring management equals me disliking my new Acura so much I am selling it and going back to Red Bank Volvo. They know how to treat people. Acura of Ocean cares nothing for its customers. My car broke down on the Garden State Parkway, had to be towed all the way to Ocean, all due to the fact that the service department never checked the battery during an almost $1,000 service one day earlier!! This dealership ignores what people tell them is wrong with the car, lies about recalls, charges them for items covered by recalls and more.
