Nasty service people/manager!

One star is even too good for this service group. I read other reviews and see that I'm not the only one that had problems. This service group is the worst in my lifetime. I'm so frustrated after 5 visits. Thank God this was the last visit. Once you meet the service manager, you understand why! I think he hates women. Stay away! Not worth the aggravation. I'd rather drive the 20 miles to get it serviced at another dealership.

My wife and daughter experience the same thing with Brian Friedentag (who claim to be the customer service manager). After she turned in her loaner vehicle, They started to talk behind her back before she even left the service area.
