Gold Coast Cadillac

When we first came in on a Wednesday night it surprised me that we were totally ignored. Not one sales person asked us if they could help. I just assumed because I don't look "old" they didn't think we were serious about a Cadillac. When we left I swore I would not go back and checked out other Cadillac dealers. My wife however convinced me to give it another try so I did. The second time went much different. As we walked in Jackie approached us and asked if she could assist us. I explained to her that I didn't know if we were even going to be able afford a Cadillac and that we just might be out of our league. She assured us that everything would be fine and sat with us to find out what we were looking for in a car. She made it personal and we greatly appreciated that. When we were done she let us test drive the exact car we were looking for. She knew the car inside and out and left us not wondering how anything worked in the car. She along with the finance people made a long time dream come true! After a few days of driving the new car it didn't seem to be as comfortable for me and I thought it would be. I called Jackie and explained the situation to her and she made a miracle happen. By the end of that day we were now driving the perfect car for us hands down! Jackie is a treasure in our eyes and because of her we WILL return to your dealership in the future and will most certainly recommend Gold Coast to anyone we know looking for a car. You should be honored that she is working for you as she represent your dealership flawlessly! She is kind, sweet, caring and most of all knows all the cars. THUMBS UP TO JACKIE!!!!
