m!! WARNING ~~ STAY AWAY !! I don't normally leave reviews, but the entire staff at Global Auto Mall engages in deceptive and unfair business practices and I STRONGLY advise you take your business elsewhere. When I say entire staff, I mean everyone, from the Sales Manager that negotiated my lease, to the Finance Manager that I completed paperwork with, to the General Manager, who clearly values his bottom line over the well-being, satisfaction, and long-term value of his customers. Initially, my experience was positive. I negotiated a lease deal, was happy with the car and the financing, and found the experience of closing the deal to be expedient and comfortable. I now realize this was all a ruse. I was misled. Three weeks after signing the deal, I was hit with thousands of dollars of undisclosed charges that were not made clear to me when signing the paperwork. I was defrauded, deceived, and the facts were misrepresented to me. The contracts that I signed were anything but "simple, clear, understandable and [written in an] easily readable way", as required by the NJ State TRUTH-IN-CONSUMER CONTRACT, WARRANTY AND NOTICE ACT (TICWNA). When I attempted to resolve these issues with the dealership, I was met with indifference and a lack of accountability. Everyone at the dealership was dismissive and my concerns were brushed aside. I strongly advise anyone considering Global Auto Mall to proceed with caution. There are plenty of other dealerships that prioritize integrity and customer satisfaction. Save your wallet, yourself the frustration, and look elsewhere!
