The staff is friendly and a clean environment. Sales rep John Mayo was very professional and treated me with respect. He spent a considerable time answering questions, test driving, knowledgeable in the vast paperwork, and explaining the vast accessories of my new car. (After all it was 11 years since I purchased my last Toyota)
