Dealership Sales Review
Horrible experience. Giving a one star is generous. Made appointment to test drive a Highlander and upon arrival were assigned a salesperson who started work with the dealership the day before! This despite the fact that we observed several individuals standing freely throughout the showroom. Needles to say that the poor soul was unprepared to answer questions about the vehicle and tried her best during the test drive to deflect any additional questions. Following the drive, we were rushed into a salespersons (Andrew Porter) "office" where we waited for a significant amount of time, having to witness the what we call, salesperson-manager "passing of the baton" game, just to find out that the bottom line asking price for the Highlander we had in mind was at "MSRP". Having done our homework, the quoted "MSRP" was $ 2000 higher than the MSRP listed on the official Toyota website!! Very disappointed with how we were treated at this dealership and will not recommend to anyone.
