MINI of Mount Laurel
Dealership Sales Review
It you want to browse their inventory and not worry about being hassled by aggressive sales staff, then this is the place to go. If you want to actually interact with a sales staff member and take a test drive or actually buy a MINI, stay away from this dealer. I rated them at 1 star - because I couldn't leave it blank. So far, my experience with MINI of Mt Laurel deserves negative stars. I recently stopped by on a Wednesday evening, around 5:30 PM, and wanted to test drive a MINI. I was greeted by the receptionist when I walked through the showroom door, then completely ignored. I looked at the Cooper Hardtop and wanted to test drive one. After waiting about 5 - 10 minutes, I was never approached and simply walked out the door and felt like nobody really noticed I was there. I decided to give them a second chance and went back in, then asked the receptionist if anyone from sales was available. She looked around and could not find anyone - and mumbled something to the effect of "there were only 2 sales people working at that time". I mentioned I wanted to test drive a MINI. She asked which model, or if I had any specific model from their inventory in mind. While I was in the process of describing what I was looking for, someone in a service uniform (which I assumed was from their shop) interrupted me and the receptionist then listen to this person - NEITHER apologized to me for interrupting. At that point I told her "forget about it" and walked out the door. I will never set foot in MINI of Mt Laurel ever again. If this is how a potential customer is going to be treated, then there is no point in ever going back.
