Just bought a used car there. The salesman was one of the best I've seen - friendly; willing to help (made sure this used car received some standard eqpt that it lacked - tire inflater, cargo bay cover, floor mats, .....; and I have never seen a cleaner car anywhere. But: Edmunds rated the listed price as a great deal, which made me really interested in it. After the purchase I realized that the price they gave me for my trade-in, significantly less than indicated by just about all used car value calculators I have found, made up for the low price of the car I bought. I suspect that they set their used car prices low to gain the 'great deal' rating from Edmunds, and make it up by low-balling people on trade ins. Buyer beware. Outside of that, I am happy with the car and the experience.
