Holman Cadillac

I had a very positive experience buying my first Cadillac from this dealership in January 2010 (a 2010 CTS). Anthony did a good job of explaining the car and took me seriously as a buyer. He knew the car inside and out and even allowed me the opportunity to "floor it" during the test drive just to get a feel for its performance (note to the insurance companies: this was on the approved "test course"). Did not try to sell any stuff like rustproofing, undercoating, glass etching, etc. - in fact, he talked me *out* of buying one of these add-ons. Everything was explained clearly at delivery - financing, vehicle features, other paperwork, etc. Very patient when I decided to pay cash for a maintenance plan instead of adding it into the loan as they were expecting. Have been back here for the first service visit and intend to continue using Holman for service (and the next car when the time comes).
