Dealership Sales Review
I talked to one of the sales associate about a BMW 5 Series car on the phone and he offered me the best price on the phone. He suggested I come to the dealership today and I went there only to be disappointed. The horrible experience was with the New Car Sales Manager by the name Artur. First of all he said he could not give the car for the price the above sales associate had offered me. Then he said he cannot make a deal unless I take a test drive (This is one of the weirdest thing I have heard). So I took the car for a test drive with the sales associate and then after coming back the New Car sales manager offered me sale price of $1000 above the price that we had agreed. I think this was a tactic by the Sales Manager to get people into the dealership and then start the OLD tricks of how special an XYZ car is and why a customer like you and me should pay more than what we agreed upon. If I were you, I would definitely avoid this dealership and save a trip and everyones time.
