Dealership Service Review
As stated above I had bad interactions with their service staff in which the service writer attempted to gaslight me as to the service intervals, under the assumption that the employee was merely misinformed, as I had been employed in the automotive industry, I called back in an attempt to reach a supervisor before leaving a critical review. Upon calling I was informed that no manager was available. Given this course of events I asked to leave a message for a manager, to which the individual agreed, however rather than take the message down I was interrupted multiple times in defense of the first interaction. Which to be fair is pretty much the same tactic employed by the first employee, to gaslight. It's truly a shame because my prior dealings have been positive, if not quite expedient. If they had simply taken down my message that the information provided by the first employee was misinformed or misconveyed and that it was my opinion that the money gained from this tactic isn't worth the deterioration of their integrity and my estimation of their overall quality, then there would be no review criticizing then as to err is human, however to not recognize sources of failure and honest criticism is an indicator of a corrupt or flailing buisness. It is my sincere hope that their management reads this and can correct the actions of their employees.
