onMy Ford Explorer caught fire and was towed to Medford Ford Sunday night. They got to it first thing Monday morning and had it back up and running exactly 8 days later. Free roadside assistance, tow, and all parts and labor under warranty. (Miller Ford would have made me schedule an appointment a week later to even look at the vehicle.)
