The Parts & Service staff - they are the best. Both our cars (Escape / Explorer) are ONLY serviced @ Medford Ford, the selling dealer. I know when I pick them up they are repaired correctly and no worries down the road. Keep up the good work! We'll be in for a new Explorer in November.
