European Auto Expo

I purchased a BMW there about 2 1/2 years ago, I was not informed that the car was previously used as a luxury taxi cab. I went to a BMW dealership to trade the car for a newer car and they told that the car was used for taxi. after I traded the car and paid the bank, I received a letter through the bank stating that to contact European Auto Expo to obtain my GAP insurance reimbursement. It has been over 3 months and still waiting for European Auto Expo to give me a definitive answer on my GAP insurance refund. Whenever I call the office, the person in charge of the finance department is never available or the person would call me back which they never return my phone call. This company is not truthful and I want to warn others to not consider buying cars from European Auto Expo. They're deceitful and once you purchased a car, you can never get any answer or response from the person in charge. the person that answer the phone pretends like the know the person that is in charge.
