Never and I mean never purchase a vehicle from these people. Worst first experience of my life. First off ed my salesman was the biggest lying [non-permissible content removed]. Lied to me over the phone, in person for 8 hours just to sell a car. They'll smile in your face until paperwork is signed, then they don't care a bit about you. I got ripped off, they ran my lowest credit score, they charged me 18% in interest. They made me pay more for fees than the actual car was, and lied about the price of the car by 3,000! I saw two customers get chased out of their dealership because their salesman wanted to rip them off and the salesman actually chased them out the door telling them to come back in. Should have left then. Erica at the front desk was the most unprofessional greeter and extremely rude! Always hung up on me when I would call, never put management on the phone. Then randy the GM.. you'd think he'd be on my side to help in anyway? Absolutely not. Lied to me on multiple occasions. Took my downpayment.. and never refunded me when I returned the car. Lied about fees I had to pay. I have never seen such rude, unprofessional people in my life. Not a word they said was true. I returned the car last night. I will never recommend anyone to buy a car from these people. They are [non-permissible content removed]! I got hooked up with a new year newer car.. for almost half the monthly payment in 20 minutes when I went to my local Toyota dealer. They took advantage of me to the fullest extent knowing I lived hours away and was a first time buyer. Please run while you can. There highest level of people who work her were the worst. Being sent to voicemail, being lied to, and being hung up on. I will write a review on every page I can find where they post there vehicles and continue to write the same reviews. 0 stars!
