I was in a Honda with a bit if physical damage. I was pretty upset and was not looking forward to the insane cost of repair, even with my insurance, the deductable was killer. The team at Honda Universe actually helped me out of the vehicle and into a new 2013 Accord Sport (hot). I have been getting compliments ever since. I had a great experience.
