From the minuted I met Mike G, he actually listened to what I needed and wanted (versus what he or a dealership would prefer me to buy/do). He answered every question I had, was very thorough in searching for the right car, never pushed me, kept in touch with me, and found the "needle in the haystack" vehicle I was after. I have never interacted with a salesman who listened - and heard - so clearly what I was saying and followed through on MY goals from start to finish. He has an exceptional knowledge of his cars and the dealership too. Mike's passion for doing a great job clearly comes through in the excellent sales experience he provides!
