Honda of Hackettstown

My husband and I purchased a certified used Honda Odyssey three and a half weeks ago. Carfax had stated that Honda replaced the windshield in July, we purchased said vehicle end of August. Three weeks to the day of purchase the windshield started cracking. My husband brought it back to the dealer and was given such a hard time about how it was caused, told we had to bring it back and have it inspected by a glass specialist, who said he felt a divet and dig into it with the tip of his pen so this little divet was now increased. Told they would not replace it and we had to pay out of pocket (our insurance deductible) to have it replaced. We have not even made our first car payment!! To have been treated like this after owning the car for three weeks, WE WILL NEVER GO BACK NOR WOULD WE RECOMMEND this Honda location.
