I spoke to someone in the internet sales department, Mike, on the phone after picking out what I thought would be a great car here on Edmunds. We spoke about how the process works and he explained everything to me including my costs. After driving 2.5 hours to get there, Mike greeted me and introduced me to Roy, my sales person. I worked with Roy and everything was exactly as Mike had explained over the phone.
