They are horrible! Don't look at what is given to them. Didn't confirm the scan tool reading given to them and said it was my transmission and only 1 person who works on them and he can't look at my car for 1 to 2 weeks. When asked for a loaner, I was told that they gave up their loaner fleet. Once he looks at it and parts are needed it could take 1 to 3 weeks more. So you don't check the information given and want to keep my car for almost a month with no loaner.
