onTook my 2022 F150 truck there for a recall and a fault message last week. After they promised they would have it ready in a couple of hours they called stating it wouldnt be ready and they had to keep it overnight. After finally waiting 8 hours my car was “ready”. Had to take an UBER to the dealership since they “could not give me a loaner if I didn’t buy yhe car there” and picked it up. Car was dirtier than when I gave it to them and the problem came back after driving it for 30 minutes. Horrible experience!
