I dealt through the internet, did not buy it from them, but a great impression was left. The price was excellent and so was the communication and politeness. Dealt with J.F. through the internet and phone. He basically had the best price beaten by a $1000 until another dealer who was close by come in on the last second and beat his price by $200 and guaranteed me a price on my trade. Other than that I would have ignored the distance and closed the deal with them. Even as I was closing the deal with the other dealer he wanted to know if there was anything that could be done to secure me as a customer. The interest rate was a decimal pts (.4) higher since they do their own, I could not get a guarantee minimum commitment on my trade in whereas the other dealer guaranteed the trade in value regardless of the carfax report (I did have a minor accident, but nothing major). The only issue here was the 32 miles trip/no guarantee on the trade in and the slightly higher percentage. J.F was polite even as he hung up. Would recommend this dealer anytime. Since I am not sure about the trade in value they would lock I will not rate it. He would even go at invoice price had I choosen him.
