Fred Beans Toyota of Flemington

I went from horror to heaven at James Toyota. I originally went to another Toyota dealer for a 2008 Sienna (LE edition) because of the financing special that Toyota was offering. I understood that it was down to whatever was left of the 08's and we might have to "locate" a car. I put $200.00 down as a deposit for a car that the dealer found for me. To make a long story short the deal went horribly sour. I decided to go almost 1 hr. west of my home to James Toyota. Boy am I glad I did!!! I talked to Anna in internet sales and she hooked me up with their salesman Dean. I told Dean what I was looking for and he found me a few to choose from right away. I offered him a price and he actually gave me a price lower than my lowest offer! The sales manager Doug had the swap manager Keith jump right on it. They got my car in the next day. Dean called me with the bad news that the car was not up to their standards(the paint was damaged). I thought"here we go again" but that's not what happened. They found me another car that was just to my liking and we again agreed to a great price.I picked it up today and my wife is very happy with it. I can't say enough about this dealership and the people that work there. They made my buying experience a very pain-free one!!! I would not hesitate to purchase there again!! I would give them 5 stars in a heart beat.
