Sales staff were incompetent and manipulative. They didn't have the 4Runner I wanted in stock, so they said they would work on getting it. I had to follow up with them frequently. I waited for weeks with no communication from the dealership. I randomly drove past the dealership on my way home from vacation, and to my surprise the vehicle I had been asking for was sitting right out in front! I called them the next day and the guy casually told me that they had just recently got the vehicle in stock (thanks for keeping me informed). We then started to talk numbers. On three different occasions over the next week or so, the salesman made offers in email, then retracted them claiming that they were errors. The guy was clearly lying, trying to bait me into coming to the dealership for fake offers. They frustrated me to the point that they have lost a customer for life.
