I had previously had very negative experiences when the dealership was owned by James Toyota. However, Ms. Anne reached out to me regarding my lease and gave me a very wonderful experience! She understood my needs as a young buyer with little credit. Though the final payment price was a little higher than negotiated, I feel that the staff did everything they could to reach me at my comfort level. I am now leaving with a brand new (green!) Corolla that they worked hard to get me in. I would highly recommend Ms. Anne T., Ray from financing, and Pete sales manager. She was patient, understanding, and overall a great salesperson.
