What all dealerships are supposed to be like

We have both a Dodge and a Jeep from Nielsen Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. We found their sales teams to be very knowledgeable about their vehicles and options. They made our lease and purchase as easy as I think it could have been. Nielsen is very proactive about checking back with you to make sure you are happy with you vehicle as well as reminding you about service. Obviously I have and will continue to recommend Nielsen Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to anyone in the market for a car, parts or service.
