Route 23 Automall

A few weeks before we actually bought our 2015 Ford Escape from Rt. 23 Automall, I was having something upgraded on my 2014 Ford Explorer in the Service Department. I had some time to wait so I walked over to the showroom. I had researched the Ford Escape for about a year and we knew that this was the car that we wanted for my wife. Romeo Gray-Real was the first person I saw in the showroom and I briefly told him what I had in mind. Unlike the majority of salespeople whom I had encountered in the past, Romeo was helpful but in no way pushy or aggressive. He showed me what he had and let me look at those vehicles on my own. A few weeks later, my wife and I returned to the showroom and because of Romeo’s more “gentle” approach a few weeks earlier, we wanted him to be the person with whom we would negotiate. I don’t buy cars very often and I am always very careful to research what I want in advance so that when I am actually at the point where I am ready to make a deal, the experience will go smoothly and quickly. Romeo honored the price that I had found on the Internet. I believe that he did everything possible to make us feel that he really wanted our business and that our satisfaction with the vehicle as well our satisfaction with the price were at the top of his priority list. In the end, we successfully negotiated and bought the vehicle from him and my wife and I are very happy with our purchase.
