Route 23 Automall

My lease was expiring and I was looking for a new car. A few of my friends have Fords but I had driven foreign cars my whole life (VW & Audi). I went to a couple Ford dealers looking for either an Edge or Escape. Route 23 Auto Mall had the exact Edge I wanted: 2014 SEL with the appearance package, panoramic sunroof and navi! I went in to test drive and Mike V helped me out. He wasn't pushy at all. He let me and my husband browse the lot and when we were ready, he got the Edge ready for us to test drive. After driving it, I knew it was the car I wanted! Mike V was knowledgeable about the brand and was very patient while we closed a deal. He sat with me for 1/2 an hour going over all of the features before I drove off. Everyone in the dealership was VERY pleasant and not pushy (which was great). I'm so happy with my experience. The dealership is local for me, so I'm more than happy to return for my routine service and would recommend anyone who is looking for a Ford or Nissan to visit this dealership.
