Terrible experience. The General Manager, Solomon Faizi is obnoxious. He told me that if I could find the car cheaper, “go buy it somewhere else”. This is bc he was annoyed that I had a Ford family discount. I learned upon arrival that multiple cars I inquired about were listed online as new were actually demos. I spoke with the rep several times beforehand, and she only disclosed this about one demo before I drove an hour to see them. They had nothing new to offer in the cars I wanted. After they baited, they refused to honor the internet advertised prices. They wouldn’t even honor the regular small $1,100 discount they normally give for wear and tear on a demo when they found out I had a ford family discount. The Manager lied and told me that it was against Ford rules to allow both incentives or discounts, and Ford family discounts because they’re audited by Ford. He said it must be one or the other. That’s simply not true. I have been buying only Fords for years and both advertised incentives and Ford employee family discount was always honored by trustworthy car dealers. I seriously considered buying the car at a fairly discounted price for a used demo after seeing it. However, instead of making things right bc of their misrepresentation, Solomon proceeded to speak to me like I was stupid. That is when he told me to go somewhere else to buy the car. He kept referring to the dealership as “his” dealership, which lead me to believe that he was the owner. I was shocked an owner would speak to customers that way. I left extremely upset. I later found that he is the manager and not the owner. I still cannot imagine why someone like that would be working with people. He’s rude and condescending. I will never buy a car here now, and have reported the experience back to the friend who recommended them. Their family will find another dealer too.
