Route 23 Automall

All I can say is WOW! I was looking for a used Ford Transit wagon for our growing family and there are not too many around that are not white. So I found one on Ford Route 23 Auto Mall's website and indicated I was interested. Glenn called me back pretty quick, and after snapping a few photos I was able to get the best price on my Honda Odyssey trade-in than anywhere else I've inquired. I made an offer on the phone, he accepted, and then everything started moving. Even though I was out of state, Glenn took care of EVERYTHING... my out of state registration, contacting insurance, securing a lower interest loan than I got (which I thought was pretty low). He even drove it 5 hours to my state to save me the hassle of coming to New Jersey, then drove my trade in back with him!!! I couldn't be more pleased, and can say this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I always feel a little taken when buying a car, but not this time. Even though I'm from out of state, I'll definitely keep Rt 23 Auto Mall Ford Dealer in mind next time I need to buy a car. Thank you, Glenn!
