I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Their service department is deplorable. My 2023 Palisade needed relatively simple repairs and a detail after being stolen. For 6 weeks I had to call daily after being promised for weeks that it “would be done in a day or two.” When I finally got the car back- the repair to the roof control panels looked terrible. The fabric of the roof was sticking out from the sides of the panels. There was grease and grime all over the fabric from where they touched to do the repairs. I don’t understand how you give someone back their brand new car after a month and half in that condition. When I brought the car back to have them fix their mistakes this morning it was promised back to me in the same day but I guess I should’ve known that would also be a lie. So here I am CAR-LESS after almost 2 months of dealing with their incompetence. Do yourself a favor and take it to another dealer or literally any other hole in the wall bodyshop would be better than this place.
