Mediocre service. 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation on a Palisades. The dealer doesn’t offer loaners or shuttle drop off outside of their immediate area. Mind you we specifically asked about it when we booked the service appointment. Well time to find yet another dealer. Hyundai is sucking balls on service. Wish I knew before buying their cars.
